Tracy Lynne Burke

Tracy Lynne Burke is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and the visionary behind Inside Out Aesthetics & Wellness, a medical spa that blends science with compassion. Her journey began in Connecticut and took root in Florida, where she overcame early adversity, becoming a mother at 16 and navigating life’s hardships, with courage and grit. After two decades of saving lives as a NICU nurse, Tracy faced unimaginable loss with the

passing of her infant daughter, Grace, a moment that reshaped her forever.

Through heartbreak, motherhood, and perseverance, she discovered the power of healing, both physical and emotional. In her 40s, Tracy earned her master’s degree and launched a new chapter in aesthetics, driven by her love for artistry and care. Today, she helps patients reclaim confidence through weight loss, hormone  therapy, Botox, and more: treating not just faces, but stories.

She is a mother of three, a grandmother of two (affectionately called “Minka”), and a fighter standing  strong alongside her grandson Sterling, who is currently battlin  leukemia. Tracy finds peace in movement, meaning in motherhood, and strength in building a life

of purpose with her husband and fur babies by her side.

What makes her the happiest?

“When no one is sick, and our whole family is together, laughing, in peace and harmony. Those simple, beautiful moments during family vacations or dinners with our six kids, their partners, and our grandkids. That’s my heaven on earth.”

What advice would she give her younger self?

“Don’t waste your energy trying to fix or change others. Focus on growing into the woman you were meant to be. Pour into your kids, listen more, stress less, and know that your worth isn’t tied to a relationship — it’s rooted in who you are, not who you’re with.”
