My Story

As the President & CEO of The Regent, she’s known for her fearless creativity, community-first mindset, and passion for crafting unforgettable experiences. For Shannon, success isn’t just in the spotlight of a perfectly executed event, it’s in the quiet, intentional details that make people feel something long after the curtain closes.
What she cherishes the most, though, isn’t just what she’s built, it’s the balance she’s fought for. A 30+ year marriage, a close-knit family, a thriving professional community, and a life guided by heart, these are the pillars she returns to. “I’m a heart leader,” she says. “Everything I do has to stir something meaningful.”

What advice would she give her younger self?
