My Story
Rekha Rajan-Wilson is a living proof that reinvention can be a joyful evolution. As Chief Operating Officer at Mirror Plastic Surgery, she brings sharp strategy, deep compassion, and a relentless drive to elevate both operations and the patient experience. With a background in law and healthcare compliance, Rekha transitioned into the aesthetics and wellness space to help people see the most confident version of themselves in the mirror.
Her proudest achievements are rooted in growth: mentoring her team into leadership, and stepping into a more passion-filled path herself. Rekha lives in South Tampa with her husband Brandon and their two children, Meela and Rowin. She holds a B.A. from the University of South Florida and a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law.
Whether she’s cheering on her family, friends, or patients, Rekha is everyone’s hype girl, with the kind of energy that lifts others to new heights. She loves to read, discover new places, cultures and experiences, and indulge in sewing in her free time.
What makes her the happiest?
Traveling with her family. Rekha loves showing the world to her children, just as her parents did for her. Rekha cherishes watching her children discover new cultures and places, creating memories that will shape them for life.
What advice would she give her younger self?
“Live your best life. Work hard, stay focused, but make a few mistakes along the way.” It’s a reminder that perfection isn’t the goal.
