their day and a little less chaos in their lives.
Nicole’s path to entrepreneurship is rooted in real- life hustle, from corporate and government roles as an executive assistant to years navigating life as a military
spouse. That firsthand understanding of pressure, logistics, and sacrifice gave her the perfect foundation to build a business that thrives on trust, efficiency, and empathy.
But Nicole’s story isn’t just about business success. It’s about reinvention, embracing new chapters, bold pivots, and the beauty of owning her power. Today, she’s also the
founder of The Empowerment Table, a vibrant space for women aged 40+ to gather, grow, and move into their next phase with confidence.
What makes her the happiest?
She carves out joy in poolside reads, slow travel, and the kind of stillness that only comes with hard-earned peace. But nothing compares to time with her family – especially her children and grandson, and her three rescue pups.
What advice would she give her younger self?
Trust yourself more. Stop waiting for permission or the “right” time, it rarely comes. Take the leap, even if it feels scary. You are far more capable than you realize. And
NEVER feel guilty for putting yourself first, that’s where real strength begins.
