My Story
Lindsay Hernandez is a purpose-driven entrepreneur, advocate, and woman of unwavering faith. A lifelong Floridian, raised on Anna Maria Island, Lindsay built a
20-year career as a special education specialist before answering a bold, new calling: real estate.
In 2016, after the loss of her son, Lindsay and her husband Mike founded the Christian Michael Hernandez Foundation to honor his legacy through global acts of kindness. That same year, she launched her real estate firm, combining heart and hustle to help families find more than just a home, she helps them find hope, community, and belonging.
Her relationship-first approach has earned her recognition as a “Rising Star,” “Community Builder,” and one of the “50 Women to Know in Florida.” Lindsay has been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters and honored by Tampa Bay Business & Wealth and KNOW Women as a standout leader for her professional success, global kindness missions, and inspiring women across Florida and beyond.
What makes her the happiest?
She is happiest when her family is together, her heart is
full, and her purpose is in motion, whether it’s a kindness
mission, a client win, or a quiet Sunday supper. Gratitude,
love, and meaningful connections are what fill her home
and life with joy.
What advice would she give her younger self?
You are stronger than you think. One day, you will survive
what feels impossible, and you’ll use that pain to light the way for others.
