What makes her the happiest?

Watching her 28-year-old daughter step into her own power is Karyn’s greatest joy. Being a pillar of support while witnessing her daughter’s wins, resilience, and evolution fills her with unmatched pride. Outside of family, she finds peace in refinishing furniture,

transforming discarded pieces into objects of beauty, and in living consciously.

What advice would she give her younger self?

Ask for help. You don’t have to carry it all. Protect your peace, burnout isn’t a badge of honor. Trust your instincts but never stop learning. Celebrate every win. And know that your kids are watching, show them the strength of grace and the power of growth.
