CELEBRATING
JULIE TINGLEY
1979 - 2025
"There are women whose presence lingers long after they’ve left the room; who wrap the world in kindness, purpose, and beauty simply by being in it. Julie Tingley was one of those rare few".

Her Story
A devoted mother, friend, and fierce advocate for women and children, Julie’s light touched every space she entered. She was the kind of woman who didn’t just show up; she transformed the moment. With grace in her step and purpose in her voice, she gave herself fully to causes greater than herself, often without seeking credit or applause.
Through her nonprofit Wee Macree, Julie created space for intentional motherhood and conscious community-building, reminding women everywhere that “Wee are beautiful”, a mantra that was more than a message; it was a mission. She
believed deeply in women supporting women, in raising little ones to be kind and brave, and in building circles of care that could not be broken.
Julie’s generosity was unmatched. Whether she was leading a committee, designing shirts that became symbols of solidarity, or simply holding space for someone in need, she made others feel seen, safe, and celebrated. She lived with intention. She loved with abandon. And she gave with a heart so open, it left room for us all.
Now, her daughters walk in that same light; her truest legacy. And the women she inspired. We will carry her torch forward. Julie Tingley was more than one of 40 Women Over 40. She was one in a million. And we are all better because
she was here.
