Giselle McNab

Broker Associate | Author | Founder, The SIS Project

"Life can transform in incredible ways with resilience and determination".

My Story

Giselle McNab wears many hats, and wears them all with panache. A real estate professional, corporate leader, nonprofit founder, author, and mentor, she’s spent the

last two decades transforming pain into purpose. After overcoming childhood trauma and domestic abuse, Giselle rebuilt her life with remarkable resilience. Today, she leads a dynamic real estate practice, holds a senior position in corporate finance and analytics, and runs The SIS Project, a nonprofit supporting women and teens healing from abuse.

Giselle is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida and a Military Relocation Professional, bringing a heart-led approach to serving families, especially those navigating the challenges of military life. Her mission is rooted in helping others create lasting change, whether that’s buying a dream home, breaking generational cycles, or learning to believe in themselves again. Her memoir, Find Beauty Within Darkness, captures her

journey and the hope she now shares with others.  She lives in Tampa with her husband, their blended family of six children, and two beloved fur babies. Her favorite moments are simple ones: Sunday mornings by the beach, cooking at home, reading under a blanket,

and planning joyful gatherings with loved ones.

What makes her the happiest?

“Watching my husband, children, or clients reach their goals fills my heart. But I also find deep joy in everyday things: the sound of the ocean, birds in the morning, and the calm that comes from knowing I’ve survived, and thrived.”

Advice to Her Younger Self

“Embrace your vulnerability. Healing takes time, and asking for help is strength, not weakness. Prioritize self- care, trust your journey, and believe this: you are worth the life you dream of.”
