My Story
Corey is a mother of three (plus three beloved pups), a devoted wife, and a lifelong learner. She believes her true power lies in unconditionally showing up for her family, her team, and herself. As Chief Growth Officer at Health Plans, Inc., Corey helps transform how companies support their people’s health, but what she’s really building is trust. Trust in the process. Trust in herself.
Her proudest achievement isn’t a title, but the unwavering belief she’s cultivated through life’s highs and lows. Despite her challenges that have felt unbearable and unmanageable, she has no regrets. Today she stands unapologetically in her worth without an ounce of self doubt. Every step she takes is grounded in a fierce desire to show her children what it means to live with grit, grace, and purpose.
In this stage of life, she’s discovered new passions, like journaling, coaching and her lifelong dream of writing a book, all of which have unlocked a deeper sense of purpose and clarity in her life.
What makes her the happiest?
Her greatest joy comes from embracing her journey as a mother, the most important role that she has the honour of holding. She finds the deepest peace and happiness in simple moments with her family grounded with love, a sunset golf cart ride, her kids flying kites in the field, a quiet night of popcorn and snuggles.
What advice would she give her younger self?
Stop second-guessing and trust your intuition without hesitation. You already hold the truth inside you. Don’t let anyone dim that fire.
